An acclaimed international hospitality group, is seeking a Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to oversee financial performance and serve as a key liaison between U.S. operations, corporate leadership, and an external accounting partner.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. The position focuses on oversight, analysis, communication, and strategic alignment rather than transactional accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main financial point of contact between restaurant operations, corporate finance, and external accounting partners
- Review and validate P&L reports, weekly summaries, and financial statements
- Analyze sales, labor, and COGS performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements
- Partner with leadership on budgets, forecasts, and month-end reporting
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance profitability and operational efficiency
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across systems (POS, scheduling, and inventory platforms)
- Oversee vendor payments, cash flow tracking, and reconciliations in collaboration with accounting partners
- Maintain compliance with corporate and local reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA, CIMA, or MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of finance experience within hospitality, luxury restaurants, or hotel operations
- Strong P&L management and financial analysis background
- Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with restaurant management systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate between multiple teams and time zones
